FEES
We work on a contingency fee basis. We base our acceptance
of your case not on your ability to pay a fee, but only on the merits of
the case. Since we accept cases on a contingency basis there is no up front
fee to the client. Contingency basis means the only fee that you, the client pays, is when your case is
won!
How we handle your case
When taking on a new case, we interview the client thoroughly and
then do an extensive investigation of the case. Witnesses are
located and interviewed. Depending on the type of case photographs
are taken as needed. All necessary medical and hospital records are
obtained and carefully reviewed. Experts, be they medical,
engineering or other type are retained.
Our firm is trial oriented. From the inception of your case, we
prepare for trial knowing what will be needed in order to present a
successful case. We utilize demonstrative evidence to a great
degree, including blow-ups of photographs, use of medical
illustrations and anatomical models. Our investigators work with us
throughout the case.
We believe in the importance of depositions, and believe that
you, the plaintiff, should be extensively prepared for your
deposition.
The discovery phase of your case is of critical importance, and
includes deposing the defendants and obtaining all the necessary
written records and documents. A great deal of time and effort is
placed into 'winning' your case at the discovery phase.
At trial the goal is to maximize your recovery. No expense is
spared in the evidence offered at both the liability and damages
portion of your case.
