Current CasesRoy Hiller's expertise is called on daily. Below are is a sampling of cases he is currently handling. Workplace injury: Plaintiff was injured when ladder collapsed. He had multiple arm surgeries. Medical malpractice: Plaintiff fell out the her bed in a rehabilitation center. She was there post op for a hip fracture after a previous fall. The bedrails were not raised and she fell out of her bed. She was caused to fracture her other hip and required another surgeryWorkplace injury: ladder collapse. Plaintiff suffered injuries to his arm and wrist and required surgery. False arrest and false imprisonment: Plaintiff was incarcerated at Rikers Island for 9 months. Plaintiff was then released when district attorney revealed he was not the alleged perpertrator. These cases and others will be updated regularly.
